The local building department jurisdiction is contacted by SESSA Engineered Home Plans to determine or verify the site design criteria for snow, wind and seismic and other general structural requirements for submitting plans for permit.

What's NOT included in your Engineered House Plans:
There are a variety of additional services that may be required by the building department for your project on your site, which your builder will need to organize.

Site Plan – Lot Coverage, setbacks, well location, septic and utility locations, etc

Topographic Survey – ground elevation within 50’ of the dwelling.

Geotechnical Report – Specific foundation design criteria in special site conditions.

Arborist Report – Tree locations and removal plans

Site Drainage Plan – by Civil Engineer

Septic Plan (if applicable) – by Septic Engineer

HVAC System Calculations and System Design – by contractor or engineer

Permit Applications – Prepared and submitted by third party service, contractor or owner/builder.
